The uneven flow caused by a lever or piston pump increases the risk of the liquid being spilled, so it is worth considering a rotary action manual hand drum pump. Unlike traditional pumps, which use a piston system to draw up liquid from the drum, rotary pumps work by creating a constant flow of liquid.
